BSLaunchKit provides a structured launch planning workspace. You are responsible for how you use generated outputs and for validating business, legal, technical, and market assumptions.

You are responsible for your account, login access, and project data. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.

Paid plans and one-time purchases are processed by Stripe. Subscription access and credits depend on successful payment.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to common public patterns. BSLaunchKit does not guarantee business results, launch performance, revenue, rankings, or funding.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attack infrastructure, attempt to bypass credit limits, or violate acceptable use rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSLaunchKit is provided without warranties and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service.
